Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Straight to the point: TinyFoto was built with privacy as its core. This policy explains, honestly, how we handle data related to your use of tinyfoto.com.br.
1. What we DON'T collect (the most important part)
We don't collect, don't store and have no access to any file you process on TinyFoto. Compressed images, photos with backgrounds removed, merged or split PDFs — none of that goes through our servers.
All file manipulation happens inside your own browser. You could disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded and everything would still work. That's the foundation of our privacy commitment.
2. What we do collect (transparently)
- Google Analytics: anonymous browsing data such as pages visited, time spent, browser used, country and device. You cannot be personally identified.
- Usage counter: we increment an internal counter every time someone compresses an image, but we only store the total — no identifying data.
- Server logs: Hostinger (our host) keeps standard access logs (IP address, date/time) for security purposes. Those logs stay with the hosting provider, not us.
3. Cookies
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand aggregated usage.
- Advertising (Google AdSense): enables ad display. Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing history across the web.
You can disable cookies any time in your browser settings. TinyFoto continues to work normally — the only difference is that ads may be less relevant.
4. Third parties
- Google (Analytics and AdSense) — subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider.
- jsDelivr (CDN) — serves the open-source JavaScript libraries.
- Google Fonts — provides the Inter typeface.
5. Google AdSense
- Google may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
- Even with personalized ads off, generic ads may still appear.
6. Your rights
If you're in the EU (GDPR), Brazil (LGPD) or California (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete or port any personal data we may hold (which, as explained, is essentially none). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Children
TinyFoto isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent or guardian and need any potentially collected information removed, please contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. When there are significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Please review periodically.
